Before:
Please come to every appointment with no eye makeup and freshly cleaned lashes — this makes it easier for the lashes to adhere and last longer!
You don’t have to avoid caffeine, but keep in mind the more caffeine you have the more your eyes are likely to move around during your appointment.
If you wear contact lenses, you won’t want to wear them during the appointment. Your lenses can react with the adhesive and cause chemical burns in your eye!
Full sets can take 2-3 hours so be prepared for naptime. Bring anything you need to make yourself comfy. Maintenance fills are every 2-3 weeks and are usually an hour long.

Limit your showers to around or under 10 minutes so you aren’t creating too much steam. Also avoid extra hot showers. Steam and heat can cause the color to fall out quickly and heal patchy.
Avoid working out and swimming for 2 weeks. NO SWEATING!
Avoid chemical exfoliants and laser treatments. This will cause fading and laser can lighten, darken, or remove the color altogether.
Once completely healed, use 30+ SPF on your brows, lips, or freckles. This will allow them to heal true to color. Unprotected sun exposure can lead to uneven discolorations and/or turn into an ashy color!
Lifestyle, medications, smoking, and condition of the skin can all contribute to color fading. Make sure when you book a date that you are able to follow these aftercare instructions FULLY.
During the first session of your tattoo, I will always be conservative when choosing color and shaping. This gives us a chance to adjust as needed during the touch up session. We can always go darker or bigger, but rarely can ever go lighter or make a shape smaller. The touch up session is also a great way to see how your skin has taken to the pigment and we can further adjust what we need to in order to give you the best looking results.
Always remember to book your touch up appoitments!
